Women's boxing training for the advanced. We offer (6 week or less) PROGRAMS, so you'll be challenged, encouraged and supported throughout every session; You'll adapt to certain movements and then pushed on to more intense drills/ options, You'll LOVE IT!

Welcome to Women's Boxing Training - 'Rebelle Boxing aka Fight Club'.

The first rule of Fight Club is: you do not talk about Fight Club.

Introducing a session for seasoned boxers AND we have an amazing fighter joining the AWF nest.

The focus is on refining your boxing skills with fighting champ Sylvia Scharper. This hard-hitting local Melbourne sensation has the skill, boxing knowledge and experience to sew. 

This session is for those that want to put what they’ve got to the test, maybe you’ve been boxing for a couple of years and want to be trained under the wing of an Australian Champ, or simply learn from one of the best.

Learn how to train like a champ...

Sylvia will be the first to tell you results won’t happen overnight, The aim of this sesh is to get you ripe for the ring or just to thrive in everyday life with a new spring in ya step. Coz when ya got the skills - you take them into other areas of your life and you start living like a champ.

You won’t be on your own; this journey will be shared with others in the Rebelle group, you’ll work closely with others where communication is the key. Everyone that commits to this sesh is willing to help boost others to reach new heights through encouragement and support that you’d also expect when learning and growing. Being apart of Fight Club is not just about you; it’s about taking the team with you!

Our requirements.

You can (read carefully);

  • Wrap your own hands
  • Have your own gloves
  • Stance/ footwork… pft easy
  • Core and balance work, bring it on!
  • Partner work, can work with others, even left handers…
  • Know how to pad hold!!!
  • Enjoy ripping combos at a FAST pace
  • Love sweat + hair in your eyes

You have;

  • Min 18-24 months ongoing boxing / Muay Thai experience, ideally with AWF, or under a ‘proper’ boxing trainer.
  • Minimal injuries, aliments that may prevent participation. 

You want; 

  • More skill and refined technique
  • More fitness and agility
  • A strong core
  • To feel empowered
  • To have fun 

You will be; 

  • Sweating into your eyes
  • Pushed to your limits
  • Working on technique
  • Expecting surprises
  • Learning and having fun

Light Sparring may occur, if you are not comfortable with this; - this session is not for you. Everyone is different, we don’t compare you to others. AND we hope you don’t compare yourself to others. You may not be planning to step into the ring (seriously) anytime soon, that doesn't mean you can't train like a legend. Each session we'll look at how you can train like a fighter through various fitness training techniques + light sparring.

Suitable for Women that are at a more advanced level + looking to take their skills/ ability to the next stage;

Wanna lift your game, lift the pace with less instruction and more doing!? The trainer will pick on your technique, only so you can improve your technique.

Includes intense fitness training where the mind, heart + body are pushed to NEW heights!  You may not be planning to step into the ring (seriously) anytime soon, that doesn't mean you can't train like an elite athlete. Learning from the best + experienced Pro-Boxer Natalie Amoré. Each session we'll look at how you can train like a boxer through various fitness training techniques + light sparring.
