Liability
Alt Activewear doesn’t accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.
Alt Activewear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded.

Ordering
Alt Activewear offers on-line purchasing.
Orders via phone, fax or email will not be accepted - soz.

Currency and Pricing
Will be displayed in your currency or default to AUD.

Acceptance of Goods
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Alt Activewear as soon as possible. Please see Returns or Exchanges Policy for more info.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please follow the Returns Policy if you wish to make changes to your order.

Typographical Errors
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Alt Activewear reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.

Alt Activewear will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded.  A credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
