Yes, you heard that right. We're diving deep into those areas that might be giving you grief, feeling a tad niggly, or just need a little TLC.
Now, don't worry, you don't need to be as flexible as a contortionist or have buns so tight they're bouncing off walls. This class is all about focusing on knees and low backs (oh and necks - if we remember), giving them the lovin’ they deserve. No running, no jumping, no impact—just gentle, effective moves to prime your body for everyday life so you can strut around feeling absolutely fucking fabulous.
We're all about increasing blood flow, stretching, and strengthening those crucial areas to prevent any unwelcome blowouts. Core strengthening for backs, knee-friendly moves—you name it, we've got it. Because let's face it, knees and backs can be real troublemakers for many of us. But with a little flexibility and strength training, we can push (kick) those troubles to the curb and live with less stress day in and day out.
Now, let's talk about knee-strengthening exercises. No, they won't directly fix your knee joint, but working up the muscles around your knees, you're giving them the support they need to handle the daily grind. Say goodbye to pressure, strain and hello to pain-free movement! Hopefully!
