And it’s not just because Head Coach Sab is a die-hard Richmond supporter (that’s a football reference for those playing from overseas). AMS is goin' yellow because 1 in 7 people (an estimation by science-talking peeps – it may be more) have Endometriosis. Your Head coach Sab is one of those “lucky” people and we bet some of you are too. Doubly blessed, Sab also has Adenomyosis and again; you might too.

(this number may increase as the condition becomes more widely reported) and as yet there is NO CURE. Sab’s not here to fuck spiders. Instead, she’s offering classes for those of you who might like to join, knowing you’ll be supported by more than just the ground at your feet (or back).

Sab's been running this movement project in various forms for nearly 13 years. Living remotely, online classes really work for her.
We reckon it will suit many others who prefer to stay in their comfies and their own space. No special equipment required, no judgment, just the fun of moving (some resting), great tunes and a bunch of lols. Plus the occasional fur baby.
