Inspired by our workouts, LIFT, Strong Bonez and Kettle Belle Hell - Like these hellish workouts the relaxed fit jacket is designed so you can focus on killer moves. You'll probs start your workout with it layered over other gear, but you'll soon shed after ya warm up.

Why kettle bells? - they're awesome, that’s why. (When used correctly) the weight distribution is varied, therefore you’ll make your stabiliser muscles work super hard. The most basic move, is learning (and mastering) "the swing”. However you like to swing, doin' it correctly in the funnest custom gear will mean you can - GET YO TONE ON - hell yeah!
