PiNK TRAiNING at Alternative Women’s Fitness is our legendary indoor group small group training session. This small group training class is designed to target and tone every muscle group in your body, alongside creative cardio options to get your heart rate pumping.

    AWF's Mum & Cub series, is a program where MUM (Tigress) can workout while their babies (CUB) look on in a rockin’- supportive environment. Our focus is on increasing strength and engaging the core. It's all about working your body in a safe and effective way.

    Babies:  Must be in prams
