We’ve taken the traditional African Mapouka dance, literally known as the “dance of the behind” and made it into a workout that will have you busting a sweat in no time.

Totally whack TwerkHiit on ya schedule as the new way you cop some weekly cardio. The steady pace and repetitive moves can really get your heart going.
Nope ya won’t get bored. There are multiple variations and way you can twerk. We don’t have twerking competitions so you can just be yourself without the pressures of being the next twerking superstar.
We encourage you to let it all hang out in the safe encouraging environment. Gemma prides herself on creating a comfortable space.
The MOVES. (Strength and Cardio)
After a seriously fun warm up, Gemma will have you popping and bouncing and tackling all type of challenges. TwerkHiit requires a number on the deep muscles of the hips, legs, lower back and of course the BUM.
Most the time it will be watch and follow... No chorey
Certain moves and variations actually makes this sesh a full body workout.
Motions required to twerk will encourage improved core strength and stronger more defined legs and backside…
AND for all you workaholics at ya desk all day the sesh will encourage more flexibility in yo hips.
Gemma will teach us technique and how to maximize the workout, you will be twerking from a squatting position so that the part of your body with the most movement is the hip area. The trainer will always add - on for those advanced twerkers to ensure a challenging workout.
Your heart will race, which improves your metabolism to torch that cake ya had at lunch or those beers you’ll have after the sesh.
Twerking on the regular will firm up give ya tone and definition so ya arse will get noice and toit. Ya might even notice some added butt and tum lift.
Just know you’re guaranteed to work up a sweat… and have a mad time!
