We offer (6 week or less) PROGRAMS, so you'll be challenged, encouraged and supported throughout every session; You'll adapt to certain movements and then pushed on to more intense drills/ options, You'll LOVE IT!

LOW IMPACT; Strength, Tone and flexibility training.  

This boutique workout means Ally can modify and work back with every individual's injury and/or aliments. 

You are encouraged and supported throughout every session;  

 

Firstly, wipe the idea of pumping your arse for the full hour. 

We'll chuck in some ab work and a chunky slab of stretching the f#ck out!  

 

Of course we’ll be focusing on your Arse…. it’s a total toning + strengthening sesh; Each sesh we change up the moves ’n' blast your behind through the inevitable plateau your butt would get from doing the same-same moves.  

 

Changing up the routine will surprise your backside, forcing it to adapt; bringing you to new levels of fitness. 

This process of surprising your mind and heinie is found in each and everyone of our Tight Arse workouts!   

 

We guarantee, No Jumping, no running, all low impact stuff to get your motor running!

 

We recommend freelstyle dancing in the days following your toite arse sesh, (in the convenience of your own home) just to loosen up ya butt, legs 'n that.

What do I wear to the sessions?

  • Comfy gear that allows movement
  • Sneakers and maybe socks/bare feet times.
  • Bring extra layers particularly in the cooler weather...

My back always hurts can I do TIGHT ARSE WORKOUT?
If you have a serious condition; This session may not be suitable. Get the ‘all clear from your professional + always ensure your concerns are discussed with the trainer PRIOR to commencing any session.

I’m Pregnant can I do TIGHT ARSE WORKOUT?
Our trainer can alter movements to suit, however we don't recommend.
TIGHT ARSE WORKOUT during pregnancy should be practiced with extreme caution due to all the changes going on in your body.
Please always let your instructor know if you are pregnant / or planning pregnancy.

Can TIGHT ARSE WORKOUT hurt your joints?
TIGHT ARSE WORKOUT does not hurt your joints if performed properly. If you have any joint pains or injuries then you should talk to your professional and make sure that have the ‘all clear’ to attend TIGHT ARSE WORKOUT.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: GALS MUST ARRIVE BEFORE START TIME; 
    Ensure you arrive 5-10 mins prior to the start of your session.
