Alt Activewear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded.

Orders via phone, fax or email will not be accepted - soz.
Currency and Pricing
The nominated currency for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).
All prices displayed will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).
Superheroine reserves the right to change prices without notice.
All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia.

All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses will be subject to Australian GST. The rate of Australian GST is 10%.
Alt Activewear sends all orders to Australian addresses via Australia Post.
Alt Activewear reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time: Shipping rates charged to any destination, Delivery method and Carrier or shipping provider.
Orders are sent via Australia Post and can be tracked via the AusPost website http://auspost.com.au/
Once dispatched, delivery is generally between 3-5 business days *unless it is Made in Melbourne/ Made to order. . Please see Shipping Info for more detail.
Dispatch of Orders
Orders are normally dispatched within 3-5 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock/ or if it's a custom order/ or a pre-order.
If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order Alt Activewear will contact you via email.
Acceptance of Goods
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Alt Activewear as soon as possible. Please see Returns or Exchanges Policy for more info.
Returns or Exchanges
Alt Activewear products can’t be exchanged or returned due to ‘change of mind’.
Alt Activewear reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a Alt Activewear supervisor, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. Faulty claims need to be emailed within one week to email@example.com
a) Alt Activewear won’t be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
b) Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
c) For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
d) You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
e) In the event that your product is lost in transit, Alt Activewear will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
f) We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please follow the Returns or Exchange Policy if you wish to make changes to your order.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Alt Activewear reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
Alt Activewear will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded. A credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
