Stairway to Heaven-ly Arse

“a step class for ya arse”

We all know stairs are great for your butt.
That’s why here at AWF we created a step class, for your arse.
The Stairway step sesh is designed to have you feel the burn and turn your tuckus into a real piece of art.

No co-ordination? No problem.
Our Stairway class is ideal for all levels of fitness, with super fun warm-ups, a focus of strengthening and conditioning and core work.
Once you’re all tuckered out, there’s a chill stretch and cool down component at the end of every class, to rest and relax those buns.

Leave Rocky at the door, we won’t have you hauling arse up an epic flight of stairs. You’ll be using an elevated platform at just the right height, which ups the intensity for this killer work out.
If things get too gnarly, our awesome trainer Fil has got your back with either challenging or more low impact options for all moves.

It wouldn’t be AWF without a bangin’ playlist and Stairway is no exception.
Rock out while you step it up a notch, and have a blast over our next Stairway program.
