Rockn' Restore Yoga

We offer (6 week or less) PROGRAMS, so you'll be challenged, encouraged and supported throughout every session; You'll adapt to certain movements and then pushed on to more intense drills/ options, You'll LOVE IT!

Emphasis offered on alternative options for injury and pregnancy! The atmosphere is super fun and very unpretentious.

Keely combines a combo sesh of gentle Low Impact - Vinyasa flow and restorative styles Yoga. with a rockin' soundtrack!

This allows for a heap of variety, expect movement (not just a stretching sesh). Focusing on alignment; making use of the vinyasa flow method going through a bunch of poses, often encouraged at your own pace; This style has strength is in its diversity; there’s no single rulebook, or sequence that Keely follows, so there is a lot of room for individual personalities and quirks to shine through (in a controlled environment).

Restorative part of the sesh is super relaxing and a perfectly complements the active stuff. The lights may be dimmed and if it’s chilly, you may be covered with a blanket. After you are set up in a pose, you will hold the pose for an extended period, often up to 3-5 minutes. Although you are supported, you will definitely still feel the stretch. It's a relaxing style of practice that leaves you feeling refurbished.

There is other rad stuff to expect, but part of the fun is the unexpected every week, This style combo WILL rock your world, If you like having things a little loose and unpredictable; this style is definitely for you.

Keely will mix stuff up so you won’t get distracted with thoughts of doing the washing or study when you get home.

  • Comfy gear that allows movement
  • Socks or bare feet
  • Bring/ wear extra layers particularly in the cooler weather... 

We supply mats.

Each individual is also encouraged to work within their means; Keely can always offer alternative options!

    Ensure you arrive 5-10 mins prior to the start of your session.
