ROAR 'N' RELEASE YOGA

This sesh is all about nailing those intense poses, and then scoring some serious chill time.

You will strengthen your core, and yourself with stronger, fiercer sequences - unleashing your inner animal with a ROAR. Then you will be guided through a series of deep, soothing poses to RELEASE, stretch and purr into bliss.

The idea of Roar 'n' Release is that we all have a lot of stress and tension in our lives. Sometimes, you just need to get it out! Open a can of whoop-arse, then take the timeout you deserve. 

And of course you can’t ROAR without some heavy ROCK. Each week we whip up a fresh playlist, using a special blend of heavy, hard-hitting tunes, and those longer, down-tempo tracks we all know and love.

If you want to Yoga like a beast, this is the sesh for you.

What do I wear to the sessions?

  • Comfy gear that allows movement
  • Socks or bare feet
  • Bring/ wear extra layers particularly in the cooler weather... and anything you think is fierce.

We supply mats.
Each individual is also encouraged to work within their means; Keely can always offer alternative options!

    IMPORTANT NOTE: GALS MUST ARRIVE BEFORE START TIME; 
    Ensure you arrive 5-10 mins prior to the start of your session.
