Watch out Thornbury, there’s a new women’s fitness pro in town. Alternative Women’s Fitness is proud to present our fresh and fabulous new trainer at The CLUBhouse – Prue Houston.

Prue is a Melbourne based personal trainer, a mum of three, former All-Star Cheerleader and Olympic Weightlifter. Between all that, this super mum has also managed to open her own boutique PT business and commence study in nutrition.

Prue is passionate about living life to the fullest. Following her own lifestyle transformation which saw her lose 30 kilos in the process, Prue has since dedicated herself helping others transform their lives. When it comes to women’s health and fitness, Prue is an absolute gun.

Renowned for creating super motivating sessions, Prue jam packs her classes with fun moves and backed by some seriously rockin' tunes. You won’t even notice that you’re working out like a total badass, until it’s all over and you’re a happy, sweating, smiling mess.

Working with women and mums in particular is where Prue shines. She loves nothing more than helping new mums reclaim their fitness, by giving them the tools to love themselves inside and out.
