One of our leading trainers has opened up times to train in pole fitness, designed for women to explore 'their inner fire'! 

Ditch the profound inadequacy you may experience elsewhere, and replace it with the sense of confidence and community that can only come from exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. 

Wearing seven-inch stilettos is NOT encouraged here, rather bare feet. 

AWF is not your average fitness joint, rather a platform for you to come and THRIVE!

The CLUBhouse’s Trainer Kiko is very talented and ready to pass on her skills in gripping pole

THROW ideas out the window about ANY notions you might be learning to striptease or lap dance.
Instead you’ll be strengthening and firming the shit outta ya body! 

It’s a perfect way to compliment your Martial arts/ boxing sessions. 
PiNK POLE Fitness suits both first timers and experienced. 

So now there is NO excuse not to sneak a little rockin’ sass into your weekly schedules.

We supply the POLE

What do I wear/bring to the sessions?

  • Wear - anything that allows movement (more skin grips better).
  • Bare Feet.
  • Bring a drink bottle.
  • Bring extra layers particularly in the cooler weather.

IMPORTANT NOTE: GALS MUST ARRIVE BEFORE START TIME; 
Ensure you arrive 5-10 mins prior to the start of your session.
