(Even if you do have an accident – piss ya-self) - Everyone will understand and be supportive.

Mum’s that attend understand that babies have unsettled days, we will work around this and help you to still get a workout.
Strictly no judgment - around the care of your own baby. We expect everyone attending to be caring and supportive.

"I LOVE the Mum & Cub sessions AWF offer. I get to meet new friends in the local area AND get strong and fit…"

Our trainers may be able to offer alternative moves for injury or ailment; no-one is pressured or yelled at; You are encouraged to join in when you can.
We boast a very supportive and save environment.
Each individual is encouraged to work within their means; the Trainer can always offer alternative options!

The trainers are super knowledgeable and have working with children’s permits.

NOT just a stretching sesh!

"This time is for you to Rockn’ restore…"
Oi! Bad Backs, bung knees, sore heads and broken hearts…?

Keely combines a combo sesh of gentle Low Impact - Vinyasa flow and restorative styles Yoga. with an alt soundtrack!
This allows for a heap of variety, expect movement (not just a stretching sesh). Focusing on alignment; making use of the vinyasa flow method going through a bunch of poses, often encouraged at your own pace; This style has strength is in its diversity; there’s no single rulebook, or sequence that Keely follows, so there is a lot of room for individual personalities and quirks to shine through (in a controlled environment).
Restorative part of the sesh is super relaxing and a perfectly complements the active stuff.

The lights may be dimmed and if it’s chilly, you may be covered with a blanket. After you are set up in a pose, you will hold the pose for an extended period, often for a few minutes. Although you are supported, you will definitely still feel the stretch. It's a relaxing style of practice that leaves you feeling refurbished.

Keely will mix stuff up so you won’t get distracted with thoughts of doing the washing or what to get grab at the shops later.

The poor little Gunt had been given a pretty bad rap.

If you haven’t heard this term before,
here’s the low down… it’s that special area sandwiched right between your belly button and you know, downstairs.

It’s not quite a gut, and it’s not quite a c*nt.

Instead, it’s a strange nether region which we all can have a few issues with from time to time.
It’s an area that tends to hold a lot of stress, (gas) and is super susceptible to bloating, and for those that experience period pain...argh!

So what do we do about it?
AWF has made up a sesh that punches political correctness right in the kisser,
targeting this notoriously difficult body part.
We are here to nurture, embrace and love your Gunt, not shame it.

The class is a low impact, light and easy watch and follow aerobics style warm up, with a specific focus on engaging your core.
Plus, we have also included moves to work your legs & bum so that your whole body reaps the benefits.

Curious? We know you are.
If you have a GUNT (or not), lock in your Gunt sessions for a laugh,
a rad time and an A+ workout.

Why Mum & Cub?
We revere the tiger as a symbol of strength and courage. AND it's easy to see why.

We love how Tigers move with deliberate ease and economy with the ability to unleash full ferocity in bursts. Essentially, these characteristics are also instinctively required by all Women - particularly Mothers. AWF recognises the importance of being active and growing strength and courage. This is why we've introduced the MUM & CUB series, so mum doesn't have to miss out on a fierce weekly routine workout.
