Ballet Move® brings YOU Metal Mayhem

A low impact toning sesh for those who want to Plie to Pantera
and move to Ministry.
The combination of standing exercises, steady cardio and stretching will improve strength, flexibility and muscle tone.

This is not a dance class but head banging and serious head nodding is welcome!

Ideal for beginners and Most fitness levels.
Each individual is also encouraged to work within their means. Sheena can always offer alternative options!

What do I wear to the sessions?

  • Comfy gear that allows movement
  • Bare feet or socks, ballet flats (the dancing kind)
  • Bring extra layers particularly in the cooler weather


We supply equipment. 
Please bring your own towel and waterbottle.

IMPORTANT NOTE: GALS MUST ARRIVE BEFORE START TIME; 

Ensure you arrive 5-10 mins prior to the start of your session.
