High-intensity interval training (or HIIT for short) alternates intense periods of exermacise followed by brief rest periods. This version of HIIT is a martial arts-based collab with sister business SGP Fight Club from Mother Fluffing New York, USA, Mother Fluffers.
Led by the Epic Boss, Sara, expect fast, fun and sweat-drenched sessions that might have you panting for more. Boss Sara is a lifelong martial artist and amateur fighter, ready to teach you moves from a range of styles, including boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, Jiujitsu and more.
As with all our classes, Boss Sara creates a welcoming space for all levels with simple watch-and-follow moves, core-focused workouts and what some have described as "brutal" cardio. You may transform into a pool of sweat. But don't let that scare you; It truly is an epic workout, where you're encouraged to work within your means and we believe in you! You'll likely be doing a lot of grunting. If that's not something you want to share, feel free to mute up or join the grunt chorus with a pack of likeminded legends.
Have a towel ready to soak up the tsunami of sweat, dress warm to start so you can shed all the layers and have plenty of water handy. Use a mat or towel for any random floor work and bare feet are best! The Coach will double as a DJ, serving up tunes via Zoom to keep you pumped and moving. Get ready for a workout that's gonna make you sweat, grunt, and feel like a total badass!

Classical Pilates, set to themed rock classics! We'll send out a Spotify playlist so you can tune in, crank up the volume, and dive into your mat class. Perfect for beginners, but your coach will throw in extra challenges for anyone looking to level up. No equipment needed—just you, your mat, something to cushion if you're on a hard surface.
Expect controlled movements, a focus on strength and flexibility, and, of course, some epic guitar solos to keep you going.
Cameras on is ideal... especially if you'd like Coach Sarah to keep an eye on everyone's form—not to critique, but to encourage progression or offer slight corrections in a supportive way. Sarah will likely address the group with modifications, tweaks, or ways to amp things up for those wanting a challenge.
Sometimes you'll go for those challenging options offered and other times it’s just not your vibe—and that’s perfectly fine. You do you! The most important thing is showing up on your mat, not nailing every move with perfection. So, rock up and see where this class takes you.

Sarah is a maker, a mover and a New Yorker through and through. Her love of Pilates began when she was young, doing VHS tapes of mat classes with her mom. Since then she has cultivated her passion for her personal practice into teaching, completing her 600 Hour Comprehensive Immersion at Core Pilates NYC.
With her 2 degrees in art and design from New York University, she loves to infuse a creative and playful perspective on the classical exercises that is both Pilates principle-focused and fun.
Sarah believes in the sheer awesomeness that Pilates can bring to everyone! When she's not experimenting on the Wunda Chair, catch her 3D printing armor for her next Comic Con costume!

Lisa's vivacious and bubbly as a brook surrounded by fawns in a Disney movie, Boss Coach Lisa considers clients to be extended family. She embraces diversity, providing an inclusive and respectful space for humans of all shapes, sizes, ages, fitness levels, places on the gendered spectrum, and for those with special needs.
Keeping her sessions as diverse as her clientele, Lisa uses a variety of equipment - or "my toys" as she calls them. Her boss timer is never far from her side and you'll sometimes have one of her guest personalities leading the class, which is always a good time. Lisa is always happy to chat and run through options appropriate to client needs or interests. Her creativity and imagination enhance her session plans, turning workouts into games, with new exercises bearing hilarious made-up names.
Lisa is super informed, having completed a whole heap of movement training and gaining a long list of qualifications. Being a super qualified sweety, she confidently facilitates options for those whose physical state may be compromised or vulnerable. Lisa can easily plan alternate moves for injured and pre / post-natal clients, making sure everyone can take part and safely build on their strength.
A bunch of years after starting her fitness career and with an ever-growing list of accomplishments, Lisa's love for her job remains infectious (in a good way). Go Lisa!

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with supported gentle stretches held for 1 to 5 minutes. The sequences of postures stimulate the channels of the subtle body, known as meridians in Chinese medicine. Yin is great for boosting the immune system, calming and restoring the body particularly good if you're ever feeling symptoms of burnout.

In addition to her yoga practice, Abbey is a vibrant performer with the '80s glitter explosive dance troupe, The Real Hot Bitches. She also channels her creative energy as a musician in the dreampop / shoegaze band Mint Tulip.
Beyond her performance and musical endeavours, Abbey is an Intuitive Tarot Reader, offering insightful and personalised readings.

No equipment needed, all moves will be low impact but put together to make you feel strong and work up a bit of a sweat. Rach will guide you through a fun (take at your own pace) combination of bodyweight strength, low Impact cardio moves with some core thrown in for good measure. Let's get that heart (safely!) pumping.
For this session, all you need is a water bottle, a sweat towel, wall space and a carpet area or yoga mat. Don't be surprised if we incorporate random objects like cushions or books into our exercises – it's all part of the fun!
Wear clothes that allow you to move freely without any restrictions. Feel free to layer up depending on the season and your body's temperature regulation, but remember, bare feet are the way to go for this workout.
Get ready for strictly grown-up sweaty sessions, sprinkled with a attitude and swear words! It's a treat for your body and your mind, so buckle up and prepare to unleash your inner strength while movin' to the curated playlist.

New to the coaching team but long time lover of movement and lifting heavy things, Ripper Rach reckons movement is for all bodies and has WAY more benefits beyond aesthetics. Such as feeling Strong AF, mental health and just general enjoyment. Rach loves music, so you might see her around at gigs or crate digging at record fairs or hanging out at home with her cat Clarence, the derp-iest of cats!

(Camera optional) Join us for your next praccy sesh, a fair dinkum vinny flow with our USA Coach Crystal! Vinyasa is a form of yoga that kinda works like a river in that it flows from one pose to the next. Say if you go from a cat pose to the cow pose - that's a type of vinny move, easy as. Cobra pose is another. Oooooh, snakey.
Vinyasa flow is pretty great as a holistic class. It can help ya heart health, reduce risks associated with high blood pressure, and contribute to lowering ya blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It also helps with stress or anxiety issues (which affects pretty much everyone right now yeah?).
The speed and flow of each class will be up to the trainer as they lead you through. But never fear - as usual all our trainers offer optional moves to protect against injuries or even if you're simply not yet ready to hold a complex pose.
Wear an ensemble that will move with you and not get caught on stuff as you literally go with the flow. Bare feet are fine, particularly if you're working on a yoga mat or towel. Always keep some water nearby and extra layers, should you start to feel cold.
Bookended by lovingly curated tracks, we’ll supply the banging tunes in the booking notes. Your Master Yogi Health Goth swears by good tunes and moving your bod on the regs. Playlists and classes might contain adult themes, so expect nothing less than grown-up stuff and good fucken vibes.

As latina punk who has been practicing yoga and meditation for close to 20 years, she's all about making yoga accessible to BIPOC and Alternative Folks who may be scared away from trying it because they don’t fit the stereotypical mold for a yoga practitioner. She is deadly cereal about helping our crew keep their pain in check while overcoming mental barriers to do so. Sab remains annoyingly congenial in spite of it all, which is oddly inspiring at times. She knows flare ups are hard and provides a compassionate platform in which you can either use less impactful movement options or have a rest when you need, no judgement.
