FINALLY, an emphasis on our tuckshop arms, flaps, flappers, bat wings, BINGO WINGS. Whatever you call ‘em we’ve designed as sesh with a focus on arms, shoulders, upper back, upper chest and neck - nipples up!

No running or jumping, slow controlled watch and follow style moves. Improve strength, flexibility, tone and argh a bloody good flap stretch out.

No competitions. Any individual challenges offered will be encouraged at your own pace.

Don’t hide your flaps – be loud and proud of those loose thangs…

Ya know the big or little flappers at the back of your arms?

Enjoy the flapage weekly, with your fellow flappers.

  • Bring/ wear extra layers particularly in the cooler weather... and anything you think is fierce.
