SOME experience required, either with AWF; or had other equivalent similar boxing experience* Ya reckon you sorta have a grip on the FUNdermentals, But wanna blow some dust off your moves... You wanna lift the pace, but still a bit nervous about joining Intermediates; Bridging sessions will help you on your way to better handling the gap between FUNdermentals and Intermediates sessions;
